Denim Play Dress

This A-line, short sleeve dress is made of traditional work wear fabrics, but built to play around in. Of course you CAN work in it, it’s soft but tough enough to withstand action. Also, it has pockets.

Fabric and construction notes:
Medium weight 100% cotton denim, front is railroad stripe and back is inky indigo blue. Wash cold, hang dry. Fabric is prewashed before sewing.
The bottom hem is left unfinished intentionally, because I like the way it looks. There are two rows of stitching along the bottom so it doesn’t unravel too much, but some strings might escape occasionally. Roll with it or trim them off, it’s up to you.
