Whether you're a cyclist or just walking around town, the rolltop backpack is nice and roomy and will keep a lot of your stuff dry. The quilted and padded back makes it comfy, too. Care Instructions

Waxed canvas is known to age beautifully and patina over time. This is especially noticable and happens more quickly with lighter colors such as yellow.

Cleaning Waxed Canvas

Brush off dirt or sand. Use a clean sponge or brush to gently massage small spots with cold water and a drop of mild soap. Rinse with cold water. Let the bag air dry. Do not use warm or hot water, laundry detergent, traditional washing, or dry cleaning.

Re-Waxing Your Bag

To maintain the water resistance of your bag, you may choose to re-wax in a year or two, depending on how much you use it. Use canvas wax according to package instructions.

We use the trusty ole USPS for all of our shipping needs. You can choose from Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. In stock orders generally ship within 2-3 days. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

Returns

If you'd like to exchange an item, please send us an email, and send your package back to the return address on the shipping label within 30 days. The item must be in unused, like-new, condition or we cannot issue your exchange. Depending on the item, we may have to make one in your size. We are also happy to offer store credit. No refunds. No returns on custom orders.

Superb all-purpose backpack

I bought this as a gift for my brother, an architect in Copenhagen (so you know he's selective about design and aesthetics). He commutes everywhere by bike. He LOVES this bag. He started using it immediately, and told me everyday how great it was. Classy enough for a business meeting, rugged enough for everyday travel. Lots of space, comfortable straps, clean design. The buckle closure is more secure than a clip, especially for air travel; it also fits under an economy airplane seat. A great pack.

This is my second S&W bag and my daily work bag. I’ve now had my roll top backpack for five months and I STILL exclaim outloud to my partner (or any one who will listen tbh) at least a couple times a week how much I adore my bag. It truly is one of the absolute best things I own and one of the best best purchases I’ve ever made. It is comfortable, holds so much stuff, absolutely stunning, highly complimented, bananas durable, and just an all around dream come true. highly highly worth the investment. I cannot say enough good things about this bag.

Absolutely perfect

I am completely in love with this bag - opted for a custom yellow waxed canvas with a slate front pocket and tan leather straps, and it is 100% the bag of my dreams. Holds an unbelievable amount of STUFF while staying light and comfortable, keeps my laptop safe and dry, and keeps my keys and other important items easily accessible. The yellow has a kind of glow about it - glad I followed my heart on the color! 100% recommend this bag as a functional investment for your everyday carry needs

Classy and practical

I love roll top backpacks because they're so good at keeping things dry, but they are almost always either rubberized or some space age material that looks very "sporty" or else nylon or something else nicer looking that won't protect well against water. This backpack gives you the best of both worlds: waxed canvas is great against the wet, and when combined with the sharp leather tooling, it looks very professional. The wide straps and padded back make the pack comfortable to wear, and you know the construction is top notch on all Wheeler bags.

This pack has become my go-to carry-on when I fly. It's just big enough for all the important stuff, but still small enough to fit easily under the seat in front of me. It is worth noting that if you cram the front zipper pocket full of stuff, it will expand back into the main compartment, but that's usually just a sign that I'm overpacking.

I hemmed and hawed about getting this for longer than I should have, and never looked back once it arrived. You and your stuff are 100% worth a backpack this nice.
