The black-and-white Downy Woodpecker, the smallest member of its family in North America, is common across most of the United States and Canada. It is a familiar visitor to backyard feeders, where it prefers suet, and in the winter it will join in flocks of chickadees, nuthatches, and other active little birds in parks and woods. It uses its chisel-shaped bill to excavate and forage on wood, and its stiff tail as a brace to cling onto a tree.

We use the trusty ole USPS for all of our shipping needs. You can choose from Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. In stock orders generally ship within 2-3 days. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
Returns
If you'd like to exchange an item, please send us an email, and send your package back to the return address on the shipping label within 30 days. The item must be in unused, like-new, condition or we cannot issue your exchange. Depending on the item, we may have to make one in your size. We are also happy to offer store credit. No refunds. No returns on custom orders.
